ah i see thats a client issue i dont belive other people can see you its happening to me but no one seems to see me

hm interesting sounds like a issue kme needs to deal with.

If this is still happenign it could be invintory bug or as you suggested a dupe method try removing invintory tweaks and see if you get the same problem!

is this /vanish power armor or a potion?

For the first issue it could have something to do with chunks or inventory tweaks try and remove inventory tweaks and place a chunk loader see if that helps. For the other reason try restarting your game from the start menu for me personally I haven't come across these bugs
