These ores just show up in my digital miner. Not certain of what inventory tweaks your are referencing.

Having multiple types of the same ore on the overworld leads to more IO in the ME systems. I have found Duplicates for Copper ore Mekanism 1126:1 and Physica 1334. Tin Ore Mekanism 1126:2 and Physica 1333 Lead ore as well, but do not have the types at this time.
